Experience


Prior to joining the PDS, Moshuda worked as a Senior Legal at HMCTS, across two jurisdiction the
Immigration and Asylum Chamber, and the War Pension and Armed Forces Compensation Chamber. It was a quasi-judicial role with delegated judicial powers. Moshuda was responsible for case managing multiple appeals concurrently, interpreting the law, and issuing directions. She played a key role in drafting legislation, and the amendment to the Tribunal rules.


Moshuda has also worked at Citizens Advice where she provided legal advice, and gained expertise in
Social Welfare law, with particular focus on Housing, Debt, Welfare Benefits, Employment, and
Discrimination.


Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, reading, and tennis.
