R v DJ and another 2019 (Historic sexual offences)

Social worker and school teacher charged with historic sexual offences against pupil.

R v OM and five others 2016 (Money laundering)

“Operation Fortitude” – Investigation by the North-West Counter Terrorism Unit into money laundering. Conducted three trials and prosecution appeal against trial judge’s terminating ruling to the Court of Appeal Criminal Division.

R v MS and two others 2007 (Manslaughter and robbery)

Appeared at trial and at the prosecution’s appeal against the sentence before the Court of Appeal Criminal Division. Leading authority on sentence for robbery within the home. Reported at [2007] EWCA Crim 1692.

R v BK 1997 (Murder)
